The best thing that I can say is about the whole moving from one state to another. We let Kathy know what our requirements were and she did all the leg work. She was tireless in dealing with first time home buyers and answering all questions about the area. We were so worried about leaving our home state to move to a completely different environment. Kathy eased all our fears. We put our trust in her and it paid off!
